Excessive 3 Bed
Larger deep clean on 3 BR/1 BA unit or home that exceeds the normal scope of work
Excessive Home/Townhome
Larger deep clean required on homes larger than 3BR/1BA for 3 or more items in the unit that exceeds the normal scope of work
